This isn’t random.

What’s Happening in Your Body.

Early spring is influenced by Heavy Earth (Kapha) which is steady, cool, and dense.

After winter, this can build up in the system as:

  • Sluggish energy.
  • Heavier digestion.
  • Mental fog.
  • Resistance to movement.

Your body is holding onto what winter asked it to carry.


What Spring Actually Asks For.

Not a harsh reset.
Not restriction.
Not a full overhaul.

Just: movement, lightness, and flow.

Squeeze of fresh lemon

Optional: drizzle of raw honey

(Spring leaves tend to be more abundant and gently bitter, while roots offer a deeper, more grounding support.)

Instructions:
Steep dandelion root in hot water for 10–15 minutes.
Strain, then add lemon and honey if desired.

Sip it slowly before meals or first thing in the morning.
